Their first crowdfunding was a huge success they helped millions of migrant workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
They decided to start another crowd funding scheme to provide mattresses to the Government.
They heard that the government was short of mattresses for the patients and they had to rent them.
The rent would increase the costing.
They knew that they could use the social media for their noble cause and people will join them.
They started the campaign on 4th July and their hearts were so happy when they saw the results they were getting out of their hardwork.
When they calculated the amount they’ve collected on 6th July, the sum was Rupees 3.8 lakh.
The happiness and the motivation to do something had a bright result.
They bought 538 mattresses with the amount and donated them to University if Agricultural Sciences and a few hundred to the Covid Care Centres.
The Banglore Student Community has over1000 students from the colleges in the city who did the deed.
