Pune Gangland: Gangster Pappu Satpute Fatally Attacked in Kolvan Village

In a shocking incident that unfolded on Thursday evening, 25-year-old gangster Pappu Satpute, hailing from Mulshi, met a tragic end as he was allegedly hacked to death. The gruesome incident occurred in Kolvan village near Paud. Unfortunately, his accomplice Ravindra Satpute also sustained injuries during the attack.
Murder Case Unfolded
The police swiftly responded to the incident by initiating a murder case against six individuals believed to be responsible for the heinous act.
According to Senior Police Inspector S Nimbalkar of Paud police station, Pappu Satpute had been summoned by the accused to Kolvan on that fateful evening.
Around 8 pm, the six armed assailants carried out the brutal attack that claimed Pappu’s life. It’s worth noting that Pappu Satpute had two previous attempts to murder cases against him.
Search for Suspects Underway
Among the six accused individuals, three have been identified as history-sheeters, indicating their involvement in previous criminal activities.
In response, the police have formed dedicated teams to apprehend the suspects.
The Kolvan area also witnessed an increased police presence to maintain law and order in the wake of the incident.
Motivated by Past Rivalry
The motivation behind the gruesome act is believed to stem from an ongoing feud between the accused and the now-deceased Pappu Satpute.
This enmity ultimately culminated in a violent confrontation resulting in Pappu’s untimely death.
The assailants reportedly arrived at the scene in a four-wheeler, enabling them to make a swift getaway following the attack.

The autopsy conducted on Pappu Satpute’s body revealed multiple injuries on his face, neck, and shoulder, attesting to the brutal nature of the attack.
