He was ready to get married during the coronavirus lockdown.

They took permission to invite 50 people to their ceremony.

The planning was done and the preparation was going on.

On the wedding day, the excitement was on a different level.

When the people start coming in, there were 250 people instead 50 which was permitted.

The wedding went smoothly and everyone was really happy.

Two days after the wedding, a few guests started showing symptoms of Coronavirus.

Everyone was alerted and people started getting tested for the virus.

16 people were tested positive for the virus.

Even the bridegroom was positive for coronavirus.

Because of the positive cases, 110 more people are also sent to isolation centres.

The district administration has booked them under IPC U/S 182, 269, 270, 271 and Disaster Management Act, 2005 U/S 51 for risking people’s life.

Administration has also levied a penalty of Rupees 6,600 per day and per person for 16 people who are quarantined in a community quarantine centre.

This marriage costed them Rupees 14,78,400 extra.

This is one of the most expensive wedding during lockdown in India let alone Bhilwara district.

After this mishap, the district administration has made a rule that all your weddings would be videotaped.

If the precautionary measures are not adhered to, they can be penalised.
